SALON PAYMENT / CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
To book an appointment, you will need to leave a valid credit card/debit card on file.
- In the event that you will need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your original appointment. Anything after, will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- If you can not make your appointment and you do not cancel, you are then considered a "no call/ no show" guest. You will then be charged 100% of your appointment and will no longer be able to book an appointment with us.
- In the event you will need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 347-473-2956. Feel free to leave a voicemail with your name, time of appointment, and adjustment needs, if we are unable to answer.
- If you book your appointment within 24-48 hours before the appointment takes place , the above still applies.
RUNNING LATE/ UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT?
Things happen.....we understand, and because we understand, we provide our clients with a bit of wiggle room....
We allow for a 15-minute grace period to ensure we respect the time of all clients.. Arriving afterwards will result in the cancellation of your appointment and you will be subject to a the full price of the scheduled service. If you are able to provide reasonable notice and call the salon to advise on possible lateness, please do so and we may be able to accommodate (no more than) 15 mins. lateness with a nominal fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
SALON PRICING POLICY
Prices formulated are based on average time and effort it takes to complete the service. Prices presented are for clients with average density, average length hair (when stretched). Price and time will be adjusted for longer and/or thicker hair, and will be confirmed at time of appointment. Price adjustments are made due to increase in time and product usage per service. You will be given the option to select length addition at the time of booking.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of services, there are absolutely NO Refunds.
SALON GUIDELINES / GET READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Please arrive with your hair free of any installed hairstyles (cornrows, sew-ins, crochet braids, etc.), properly detangled . If we need to detangle your hair or if your hair is not taken out at the time of your appointment, we will add the "Extra TLC" experience ($40) to your appointment, if time permits...otherwise, if we are unable to complete the appointment we will have to cancel at 100% the service.
- In effort of keeping everyone safe and free of illness transmission, we ask that you wear a disposable or cloth face mask before entering the salon. This mask should adequately cover your nose and mouth, and will need to be on at all times. Those without a mask will not be serviced.
- No extra guests or children will be allowed in the salon.
